Last week, I had the opportunity to job shadow designers with Sanford Health’s design team. I spoke with a lead designer, an animator, a marketing manager, and a social media marketing specialist. Every perspective was interesting and unique. They offered different perspectives on their creative processes.

As a media design student, I was able to see the programs professional designers and marketers use daily, and gain insight into how what I am learning in my classroom applies in the real world.

It was a lovely work environment, and I could easily see myself in this field, loving what I do.
