As designers, most of our designs will flop. Our advertisements won’t perform well, our clients won’t like our designs, and, as students, we will receive poor grades on our assignments.

Balancing school with work and life in general is a game of failure. Failure is a part of life. Recently, I have felt the pressure of my imminent graduation and what is next for me. Where am I going to end up? What job am I going to get? Am I good enough?

I am not perfect. My designs are not perfect, but I continue to learn and grow in my capabilities, and with every failure comes a new lesson. Failure is only the end if you give up.
